My life..........                 

I spent K - 12 at Caddo Public Schools.  I have been at Rock Creek for 22 years.  My first year, I was an aide in the special education department and high school.  This is my twenty-first year teaching.  I taught third grade for 11 years before moving to fourth grade.  I taught fourth grade for seven years.  I am in my third year teaching fifth and sixth grade.  This is the only place I have ever taught.  There's no place I'd rather be!  

I have family from this area.  I feel like most of my childhood was spent in Bokchito.  My momma is a 1966 graduate of Bokchito.  My grandparents lived, until their deaths, in Bokchito.  I spent many summers with them.  My husband  went to school here in Blue.  He was part of the last graduating class of Blue.   My in-laws still live in Blue.  So, I have a really special place in my heart for this area.

Our daughter Lyndsey is 25.  Our son Marcus is 17 years old.  He is a senior this year!!  He loves playing golf and Ps4.    It's very hard to believe that my kids are growing up so fast!  Lyndsey and Marcus are my greatest gifts from God!!

I love teaching! I love spending time with my family and friends. I love fishing, my dogs, and Jeep’n.  I love watching football!  I absolutely LOVE the Green Bay Packers...Go Pack Go!!    God has blessed my family and I so much!!  I feel fortunate and blessed to be a part of this school district.  The kids are amazing, and my co-workers are both wonderful teachers and friends!
